CarWyzz Service Agreement

By purchasing and using CarWyzz services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Our Role

CarWyzz is a vehicle buying concierge service that works exclusively in your best interest. We help guide you through the car buying process, including vehicle search, deal structuring, negotiation support, and coordination.

We are here to make the process simple, stress-free, and efficient.

2. Service Scope

Your service includes:

• Personalized vehicle search based on your needs

• Market research and pricing guidance

• Negotiation strategy and deal support

• Coordination of paperwork and delivery (when applicable)

3. Client Responsibility

To ensure the best results, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your needs and budget

• Communicate clearly and in a timely manner

• Be ready to move forward once a suitable vehicle is found

4. Pricing & Fees

• Standard vehicle search service: $699

• Trade-in assistance: +$200

• If the requested vehicle changes after the search has begun, an additional $200 fee will apply

All payments are non-refundable once the service has started.

5. Timeline

Most vehicle searches are completed within 7–10 days, depending on availability, specifications, and market conditions.

6. Third-Party Disclaimer

CarWyzz represents you—not the seller. While we guide and support your purchase, the final transaction takes place between you and the vehicle provider.

CarWyzz is not responsible for third-party pricing, terms, actions, or the condition of any vehicle.

7. Limitation of Liability

CarWyzz is not liable for any loss, damages, or issues that may arise from the purchase, condition, or performance of any vehicle.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement.
